This CD, approximately 635MB, includes BOTH the MP3 and the Ogg Vorbis audio files, as well as a document containing ALL the show notes with links. Additionally, there are some “extras” included on the CD such as related PDF files and HTML documentation. As with the Volume 1 CD, this Volume 2 CD is available for US$15.00 including shipping.
