It appears that both the MP3 and Ogg Vorbis version of Episode 40 cannot be downloaded. It turns out that Libsyn, which is the service I use to host the files, is having some issues. I have sent their support staff an email but have not yet received a reply. Hopefully, this should self-correct shortly. I’ll post an update to this entry when I find out more. I apologize for the inconvenience and thanks for your patience.
